Joint Program Announcement on Climate Variability and Human Health for FY 2003: NOAA, NSF, EPA, and EPRI Seek Research Proposals

Due to an administrative error, NOAA, NSF, EPA, and EPRI announced their interest in receiving research proposals to improve understanding of climate variability's impact on human health and integrate climate information into public health policy, as part of a joint program to support multidisciplinary studies and collaboration.
