Tribal Consultation for Small Business HUBZone Program and Government Contracting Programs and Consolidation of Mentor Protégé Programs and Other Government Contracting Amendments

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is conducting tribal consultations in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to review and revise regulations for the 8(a) Business Development program and the HUBZone program, aiming to reduce unnecessary burdens and make these programs more appealing to government agencies and small businesses. The SBA seeks input from stakeholders to inform its decision-making process.
