Improving Academic Achievement for Disadvantaged Students

The U.S. Secretary of Education amends regulations governing Title I programs, which provide additional support to disadvantaged students, to implement changes made by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. These changes aim to improve academic achievement for disadvantaged students.
