Customs Service Field Organization to Establish New Port of Entry at Fargo, North Dakota

The Customs Service is proposing to create a new port of entry at Hector International Airport in Fargo, North Dakota, which will also extend into Clay County, Minnesota, in an effort to enhance service for carriers, importers, and the general public.
