FEMA Submits Proposed Information Collection for Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Declaration Form

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a proposed information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance, requiring hotels and motels to report their compliance with fire safety equipment requirements through a declaration form, which will be used to establish a National Master List of approved properties.
