EPA Approves Texas Transportation Control Measures Rule as Part of State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) that includes the transportation control measures (TCM) rule, aiming to promote effective implementation and streamline the substitution process. The approval is under section 110(k) and 182 of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
