VA Adds New Routine Use to VA System of Records for IRRRL Lenders

The Department of Veterans Affairs is updating its system of records to provide individually identified information on veterans with active VA-guaranteed loans to IRRRL lenders who have a pending application from a veteran with an active loan, in response to the Privacy Act of 1974 requirements.
