EPA Approves New Hampshire's Air Quality Plan for Boston-Lawrence-Worcester Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of New Hampshire, which demonstrates the New Hampshire portion of the Boston-Lawrence-Worcester, MA-NH ozone nonattainment area meets one-hour ozone standards, as required by the Clean Air Act of 1990.
