NMFS Proposes Rule to Modify Exempted Fishing Activities for Atlantic Highly Migratory Species

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a proposed rule to adjust management measures for Atlantic tunas, swordfish, and sharks, as well as the Atlantic billfish fishery management plan, with the goal of improving monitoring of exempted fishing activities for these species.
