EPA Announces Availability of Clean Water Act Section 303(d) List Decisions for Arizona and Nevada

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available its decisions on water quality limited segments and associated pollutants in Arizona and Nevada, pursuant to the Clean Water Act Section 303(d)(2), and is seeking public comment on these decisions. The decisions, which were partially approved and partially disapproved in 2002, identify waters and pollutants that must be addressed to meet state water quality standards.
