FAA Withdraws Proposed Rule on Chemical Oxygen Generators in Aircraft Cargo

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has withdrawn proposed amendments to its regulations regarding the transportation of chemical oxygen generators in aircraft cargo, citing alleviation of concerns by the Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA) and a pending proposal for improved packaging.
