New Jersey to Receive Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to grant final authorization to the State of New Jersey for revisions to its hazardous waste program, which were adopted in January 1999, following a review of the State's application and determination that the revisions meet all necessary requirements.
