BLM Announces Proposal for 200-Megawatt Wind Energy Project in Idaho

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and land use plan amendment for the Cotterel Mountain Wind Energy Project, a 200-megawatt wind-driven power generation facility proposed by Windland, Inc. in Cassia County, Idaho.
