Federal Agency Requests Public Comment on Voluntary Customer Satisfaction Surveys

The Office of Management and Budget is reviewing a voluntary customer satisfaction survey, which expires on March 31, 2003, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. The survey aims to collect customer feedback and will be submitted to the OMB for approval.
