Request for Public Comments on Commercial Availability Request under the United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act (CBTPA)

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) is seeking public comments on a petition from School Apparel, Inc. regarding the commercial availability of certain shirting fabrics used in women's blouses, which could be eligible for preferential treatment under the CBTPA.
