Texas Onion Committee to Increase Assessment Rate for South Texas Onion Growers

The South Texas Onion Committee is proposing to raise its assessment rate for onion handlers from $0.05 to $0.085 per 50-pound equivalent of onions, effective for the 2002-03 fiscal period and beyond, to cover program administration expenses.
