Eighth Coast Guard District Temporarily Modifies Burlington Railroad Drawbridge Operation Regulation

The Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District has temporarily relaxed the rules governing the Burlington Railroad Drawbridge on the Upper Mississippi River, allowing it to open on signal 6 hours in advance of scheduled maintenance and repairs, effective December 15, 2002, to March 15, 2003.
