EPA Raises Environmental Concerns Over Timber Harvests and Road Construction Projects

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed concerns over the potential impact of two projects on water quality and wildlife habitats: a 1,250-acre timber harvest in Montana and a light rail project in North Carolina.
