Port Pelican LLC Deepwater Port License Application Received by Coast Guard and MARAD

The U.S. Coast Guard and the Maritime Administration have received an application for a deepwater port license from Port Pelican LLC and are reviewing the submitted information, as required by the Deepwater Port Act of 1974.
