EPA Approves Kentucky Air Permit Regulations with Revisions and Corrections

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) of Kentucky, which separates and renumbers air permit rules, and removes an outdated rule, while also correcting typographical errors in another related rule. The EPA anticipates no adverse comments and will not institute a second comment period if no significant comments are received.
