EPA Denies Shaw Industries' Petition to Object to State Operating Permit

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied a petition to object to a state operating permit issued to Shaw Industries, Inc. for its plant in Dalton, Georgia, following a review by the EPA Administrator on November 15, 2002.
