Indiana Approves State Implementation Plan for Naval Surface Warfare Center

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has approved a State Implementation Plan revision allowing the use of VOC-containing coatings at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, in Crane, Indiana, following a direct final rulemaking action on April 3, 2000.
