Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Amendment to List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to add the Standardized Advanced NUHOMS - 24PT1 Storage System to its list of approved spent fuel storage casks, allowing power reactor operators to store spent fuel in this system under a general license.
