Federal Acquisition Regulation; Electronic Commerce in Federal Procurement Finalized

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to implement electronic commerce in federal procurement systems, including a single point of universal public access to governmentwide procurement opportunities, and making this point of entry the exclusive official source for public access to notices of procurement actions over $25,000.
