U.S. Trade Representative's Office Requests WTO Consultations with Venezuela Over Agricultural Import Measures

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office has requested consultations with Venezuela regarding the country's import licensing measures on certain agricultural products, which appear to be inconsistent with international trade agreements, including the GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Agriculture.
