Determination Regarding Waiver of Discriminatory Purchasing Requirement With Respect to Goods and Services Covered by Chapter 13 of the U.S.-Singapore Free Trade Agreement

The U.S. Trade Representative has made a determination regarding the waiver of discriminatory purchasing requirements for goods and services covered by Chapter 13 of the U.S.-Singapore Free Trade Agreement. This decision allows for the elimination of certain barriers to trade between the two countries.
