U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Microlithographic Machines and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a final initial determination that found no evidence of a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation into certain microlithographic machines and components, effectively ending the investigation.
