U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Breath Test Systems for Gastrointestinal Disorders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into breath test systems for detecting gastrointestinal disorders, following a complaint filed by Meretek Diagnostics, Inc. and Medquest PTY, Ltd. on June 24, 2003, alleging infringement of U.S. Patent No. 4,830,010.
