Sanction for Breach of Commission Administrative Protective Order

The US Commission has imposed a public reprimand on attorney Bruce Aitken for breaching an administrative protective order (APO) in the Hot Rolled Steel Products investigations. The reprimand is the fourth breach by Aitken within a three-year period, following previous reprimands on November 14, 2001.
