USPTO Invites Public Comment on Revision of Practitioner Records Maintenance and Disclosure Before the Patent and Trademark Office

The USPTO is seeking public input on a revision to its Practitioner Records Maintenance and Disclosure Before the Patent and Trademark Office process, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
