FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Health Claim Notifications

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring companies to submit notifications of health claims or nutrient content claims based on scientific statements from U.S. government bodies, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
