Draft Revised Compliance Policy Guide; Male Condom Defects; Availability

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing the availability of a draft revised compliance policy guide (CPG) entitled "Male Condom Defects (CPG 7124.21)." This draft CPG provides guidance concerning FDA's water leak testing and air burst testing of male condoms. This draft guidance is being issued for public comment only and will not be implemented until a final CPG is announced in the Federal Register.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
