FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Telephone Questionnaire for Lyme Vaccine Safety Study

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed telephone questionnaire to be administered to participants in a vaccine safety study investigating reports of arthritis following Lyme disease vaccine administration, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requirements.
