US Extends Temporary Protected Status for Hondurans, Allows Automatic Extension of Employment Authorization

The US government has extended the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Hondurans until January 5, 2005, allowing them to automatically extend their employment authorization documentation for an additional 18 months, despite their current EADs expiring on July 5, 2003.
