Coast Guard Suspends Electronic Cargo Manifest Submission Requirement

The U.S. Coast Guard has temporarily suspended the requirement for cargo manifest information to be electronically submitted to Customs and Border Protection, pending new regulations, following a February 28, 2003, implementation deadline that was set to be reached on July 1, 2003.
