Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Regulations for Marine Events on Delaware River

The US Coast Guard is implementing permanent special local regulations for marine events on the Delaware River between Pea Patch Island and Delaware City, Delaware, to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during these events.
