Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for International Freedom Festival Fireworks

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone in the Detroit River on June 25, 2003, to manage boat traffic near the fireworks launch site and protect spectators and vessels from potential hazards during the International Freedom Festival.
