DHS Establishes Senior Review Advisory Committee for Human Resource Management System

The Department of Homeland Security is creating a committee to review and advise on the development of a new human resources management system, with a balanced membership of senior leaders and experts from DHS, OPM, and unions, and will exist for 2 years.
