Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Boston 4th of July Fireworks

The U.S. Coast Guard will create a 400-yard radius safety zone along the Charles River in Boston, Massachusetts, on July 4, 2003, to protect the public from potential hazards associated with the fireworks display.
