Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Regulations for 2003 Tall Ships Challenge

The US Coast Guard is setting up a temporary regulated navigation area and moving safety zone to manage vessel traffic during the 2003 Tall Ships Challenge and Parade of Ships in Chicago, IL, from July 30 to August 4, 2003.
