TSA Proposes New Passenger Screening System Amid Public Comments and Changes

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has proposed a new system of records, Passenger and Aviation Security Screening Records, primarily to support the development of the Computer Assisted Passenger Prescreening System II (CAPPS II), following substantial public comments and modifications to the original proposal.
