Right To Appeal Rule Goes into Effect

The Coast Guard's rule amending its appellate procedures, which provides explicit authority for appeal of decisions or actions taken by the Director, Great Lakes Pilotage, will take effect on June 23, 2003, as scheduled, following no adverse comments or notices of intent to submit adverse comments.
