Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone in Baltimore Harbor for USS CONSTELLATION

The US Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone in the Port of Baltimore to ensure safe passage for the USS CONSTELLATION during its tow from its mooring to the Patapsco River and back, restricting vessel traffic in the Inner Harbor, Northwest Harbor, and Patapsco River.
