Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Changes to Columbia River Bridge Regulations for Rehabilitation

The US Coast Guard plans to temporarily alter the operating rules of the Interstate Highway 5 bridges across the Columbia River in Oregon and Washington to facilitate a major rehabilitation project, which will take place from July 15 to October 15, 2004.
