The Coast Guard proposes establishing a permanent security zone on the waters adjacent to the Oyster Creek Generation Station. This would protect the safety and security of the plant from subversive activity, sabotage, or terrorist attacks initiated from surrounding waters. This action would close water areas around the plant.
