U.S. Government Announces Open Competition for South Pacific Scholarship Program

The U.S. government is seeking public and private non-profit organizations to submit proposals for a scholarship program that will provide students from South Pacific nations with the opportunity to study in the U.S. for up to four years, starting in summer 2003.
