U.S. Department of the Interior Adopts Final Rule for Automatic Visa Revalidation of Nonimmigrants

The U.S. Department of the Interior has finalized an interim rule from 2002, updating the regulation for Automatic Visa Revalidation of nonimmigrant workers, which went into effect on April 1, 2002.
