Small Business Technology Transfer Program Policy Directive

This document proposes revisions to the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program Policy Directive. The purpose of the Policy Directive is to provide guidance to participating Federal agencies for the general conduct of the STTR Program. This proposed Policy Directive reflects statutory amendments to the program. In addition, SBA proposes amendments to streamline and enhance the program.
