FEMA Submits Proposed Information Collection for National Flood Insurance Program Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a new information collection, the National Flood Insurance Telephone Response Center (TRC) and Leads Application Program, to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance. The program aims to respond to customer inquiries about flood insurance and collect data from individuals and businesses affected by flooding.
