Forest Service Issues Interim Directive for Fiber Optic Cable Uses on National Forest System Lands

The US Forest Service is releasing an interim policy to help its employees manage proposals and applications for fiber optic cable installations on National Forest System lands, and to oversee the authorization process for these uses.
